【SDZ場地使用守則】

為確保場地使用安全及舒適，請租用者留意以下守則：

1.⁠ ⁠請準時使用及交還場地，逾時可能影響下一位租用者。
2.⁠ ⁠請尊重其他使用者，保持舞蹈室、洗手間及公用地方整潔。離開前請清理個人物品及垃圾。
3.⁠ ⁠離開前請關掉所有燈光、冷氣及音響系統。
4.⁠ ⁠場內嚴禁吸煙（包括電子煙）或使用明火。
5.⁠ ⁠⁠請小心使用場內設施及設備，以免造成損壞。如使用期間造成任何損壞，SDZ會保留追究權利。
6.⁠ ⁠⁠⁠如發現任何損壞或需維修事項，請立即通知 SDZ 工作人員。
7.⁠ ⁠⁠⁠請勿移動、遮蓋或干擾任何閉路電視。
8.⁠ ⁠⁠⁠場地僅供合法及獲授權的活動使用，嚴禁進行任何違法行為。
9.⁠ ⁠⁠SDZ 對於任何人士於本場地活動中發生的意外、傷亡、財物損失或其他事故，概不負責。
10.⁠ ⁠⁠⁠如有任何爭議，SDZ 保留最終決定權。

【SDZ Studio Rental Guidelines】

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, please take note of the following guidelines:

1.⁠ ⁠Please be punctual in using and returning the studio. Late return may affect the next hirer.
2.⁠ ⁠Please respect other users and keep the studio, washroom, and common areas clean and tidy. Remove all personal items and rubbish before leaving.
3.⁠ ⁠Please ensure all lights, air-conditioning, and sound systems are switched off before leaving.
4.⁠ ⁠Smoking (including vaping) and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
5.⁠ ⁠Please handle all facilities and equipment with care to avoid damage. SDZ reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage caused during use.
6.⁠ ⁠If you notice any damage or maintenance issues, please inform SDZ staff immediately.
7.⁠ ⁠Do not move, cover, or tamper with any CCTV or security devices.
8.⁠ ⁠The studio may only be used for lawful and authorized activities. Any illegal acts are strictly prohibited.
9.⁠ ⁠SDZ shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, property losses, or other incidents occurring during studio use.
10.⁠ ⁠In case of any disputes, SDZ reserves the right of final decision.
