Noelle is a graduate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a student in Modern Dance at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.

Embarking her dance journey at the age of 7, Noelle completed the Youth Elite Dance Programme organized by the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Art and showcased her talents through performances and original works in 2014 and 2015. Collaborating with artists such as Missy Gilbert and Celia Weiss Bambara, she has honed her skills both as a dancer and a choreographer.

In addition to her performances, Noelle actively engages in choreography. In 2018, she participated in the choreography programme Chor.Outlet organized by Studiodanz. From 2019, she has transitioned into a dance instructor and has worked in several children dance schools, participating in education and choreography work. Moreover, she has led students to various competitions, sharing her passion for dance and knowledge with the next generation.
