Wing is a dance instructor, choreographer, and dancer. With over nine years of dance experience and five years of teaching experience, she serves as a professional instructor at various prominent dance studios in Hong Kong. Additionally, she works as a choreographer at major tertiary institutions and universities.

Over the years, Wing actively participated in dance competitions, achieving notable accolades such as the 2nd place at the HK Dance Power Competition (All-Style), the 3rd place at the Hong Kong Street Dance Championships 2018, the 2nd place at the 2019 Dance to Your Soul Street Dance Competition, and the 3rd place at the World of Dance Hong Kong 2024.

As a dancer, she has also worked in numerous large-scale performances and filming projects, collaborating with artists such as Miriam Yeung, Fok Luk Sau, Nancy Sit, Ronald Cheng, Alfred Hui, and P1X3L.
