Louis Pong embarked on his journey in street dance as early as 2003, with over 15 years of teaching experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned artists such as Wilfred Hui, Keung To, Anson Kong, Elton Wong, Tsoul, and KC, and has featured in music videos including “Rebound,” “Get Silly,” and Mirror Feel the Passion Concert 2024. Beyond these endeavors, he has worked for various companies, community dance projects, dance studios, primary and secondary schools, as well as kindergartens, choreographing and performing in numerous events.
Over the years, both individually and as part of team endeavors, Louis has won numerous awards. He has represented Hong Kong in international competitions held in countries such as Korea, Japan, Australia, and Singapore, clinching awards along the way. Louis has also served as a judge for multiple local competitions. In 2018, he was invited to join the judging panel of the international competition World Dance Game.
Currently serving as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Street Dance Development Association, he is responsible for organizing the local event Hong Kong Street Dance Championship, providing a platform for young dancers to showcase their talent. He strives to foster industry exchange for the Street Dance community, so as to promote the art form to a broader audience.
